"After the election I was sooo triggered and felt alone and not sure how to get through this insane nightmare. I felt lost. I recently saw a post on FB for ‘Show Up’ that looked promising. I went to their first walk in Plattsburgh and really felt a ray of hope. So I kept up with the Facebook post and before too long a satellite group showed up closer to home in Malone. We started meeting at the local cafe to go over issues that we feel needs our attention. We have formed an alliance that feels like my new family. The family that loves and supports me and my daughter through actions not just words. We are growing in so many ways and encourage others to ‘Show Up’ with us."
